The Reynard Care and Support Agency LTD is made up of a specialist team to support young people who attend Aurora Foxes with medication management, personal hygiene and health checks.
We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Mission Statement
Our main objective is to provide the highest quality care and support service to meet individual needs of young people with learning disabilities in a dignified and respectful way. We promote individual choice while taking into account the personal health and safety of each person.
Support is offered on a practical day to day basis with hours that suit the individual, whether this is in a domestic, learning, social or vulnerable situation. This enables them to live more full and independent lives and to integrate and take full advantage of everything their community has to offer.
Meet The Team
All staff have a wealth of experience and skills. Staff are rigorously trained and have at least Health and Social Care level 2 qualifications, first aid, health and safety, food hygiene and manual handling certificates, which are achieved on a regular basis. All staff are DBS checked to ensure they meet CQC standards.
We will introduce support workers before they start visiting you and monitor the support you receive. All staff will wear identification badges to you know who they are and can identify where they are from.
